Chinese Birth Calendar and Chinese Birth Chart

When a woman finds out she is pregnant, it is the beginning of one of the most exciting times in her life. She is growing a child inside of her, and will give life to a living, breathing human being. There is not much more in life that holds that type of excitement. When a woman finds out she is pregnant, after her initial period of excitement, she will often wonder the sex of her baby. Most women do want to know the gender of their unborn child for many different reasons.

During a woman's pregnancy, she is most likely going to want to get things prepared for her new bundle of joy. She will want to do things like get the nursery together, purchase baby clothes, and stuff like this. When performing these tasks, it is much easier if you know whether or not you should prepare for a boy or a girl. While there are unisex themes and clothes that an expectant mother can choose, most women prefer the gender-appropriate outfits and themes. Most mothers will want to put their new little girls in pink and frilly dresses, and outfit their boys in blue or clothes intended for little boys.

There are a few methods of helping pregnant women to determine the gender of their unborn child. One method they use is enlisting the aid of a Chinese birth chart or a Chinese birth calendar. This method was developed about 700 years ago, and has been used by many women worldwide. While some women will swear by a Chinese birth chart or Chinese birth calendar to determine the sex of an unborn child, other women prefer more traditional methods to determine their baby's gender.

During almost every pregnancy, the doctor will administer an ultrasound to monitor the development of the unborn child. When an ultrasound is performed at the right time, the gender of an unborn baby can be conclusively determined. If the baby is a boy, the doctor will see boy parts and if the baby is a girl, he will see girl parts. Many women believe an ultrasound is more accurate than any other method of gender identification.

While it is not a necessity to know the gender of your unborn child, many women find it to be helpful. If you know the sex of your unborn child, you can safely purchase gender specific items while you are waiting for your bundle of joy to be born.
